Wifibooth does not identify my printer

Hello,
I have the following equipment,
-Ipad Pro
-Windows laptop using O’Print software.
-DNP DS RX1-HS
I have used Wifibooth for about a one year and the past 3 events the app has not been able to read my DNP Printer. The last event it worked perfectly fine was July 28. I started having problems on all my August events. I have the latest version of the app. Approximately about an hour later of trying the app is able to identify my printer. Please help. This cannot be happening.
FYI I am using my iphone hotspot for the laptop and Ipad.
