# of Prints Glitch

I have WifiBooth running on 2 iPADs, with exactly the same settings. My older iPAD Pro 7 inch is working fine, even with a DSLR connected. But the new iPAD Pro 11 inch is glitching in 2 ways that I can't explain.

1) Taking and extra 3 seconds between each photo before the next count-down. (I have count downs set to 3 seconds and yet it takes 6)
2) The app skips over the "Print" "How many copies" dialog box pop-up. It pops up for a split second then just prints the standard 2 strips.

The only difference I can see between the apps is that there's a "(1)" next to the: AUTOPILOT: Full (1), whereas on the iPAD 7inch, it just says AUTOPILOT: Full with no "(1)".

Hi for the autopilot the (1) means it is sent to autoprint 1 copy. If you don't want that, turn autopilot off, turn it back on, and in the popup choose 0 i think it is (to not print automatically)

Re the extra time taking photos which camera is this? does it still happen if no DSLR is connected?

I have tried to set AUTOPILOT back to Off, then take photos and when I return to the "Taking photos" screen in settings, the "Full (1)" is still there. I don't know how to get rid of it. Is there another way to reset this?

The length of time between the photos is worse without the DSLR (crazy, I know). I don't get it.

Ah sorry there is a bug - restart the app if when you turn autopilot to "Full" you don't immediately get the pop-up asking you a question.
If printing is on: you want to erase the 1 and leave it blank
If print is off: you want to say no

Great. This fixed it. Closing the app. Then trying it again from the AUTOPILOT dialog worked.

Hey Tim,

I am struggling to set up the email part in the app. Once selected ‘Save Only’ it doesn’t give the option to select Dropbox or test email.
I would ideally like to have the images uploaded to a Dropbox folder automatically so I don’t have to do it manually afterwards.

"Save only" means "don't send any email just enter the address in". This isn't compatible with people actually getting an email which is why dropbox isn't available then.
Please use a gmail address. You can just sign up a new one for your event.

It doesn’t let me select ‘send email’, only off or save. It won’t even let me sign in to my google account to link my gmail. Any ideas?
