Re: Problems with latest version
Please note that GIFs/MP4s are only displayed during the progress ring / download phase if the last time photos were downloaded, the download took 4 seconds or longer. In other words, if your camera is quickly downloading things, the iPad will not show the GIFs/MP4s during download. GIFS showed up ...

Re: Problems with latest version
Hi there Tim, Thanks for the feedback. I don't think I can see your crashes: I only see one crash from an iOS 12 user from Nov. 1 until now, and that was on an iPad 6th gen (2018), not your iPad Air2. Can you please make sure the ipad has internet connectivity, and start wifibooth up and let it run ...

Re: Problems with latest version
Dear Tim, I have feedback from last night's event. The good news are that I had (almost) no printing problems. And now the bad news: The app crashed 3 times during 4 hours of usage and this happened right before the print dialog (2 shots auto collage with branding, autopilot print 1 pic). These prin...

Re: Problems with latest version
I don't understand what you mean by "reverting" what are you reverting from -> to? I will try it and revert with information to you (get back to you)! Do you print mostly collages, or single photos? I mostly have it on autopilot with single image but in the last event I had it take 2 photos and mak...

Re: Problems with latest version
You're talking about the Canon 4000d taking 2 or 3 photos, and then MP4s don't get generated anymore? That sounds very strange, never seen that. What else does your setup have - what's wifi like? Correct, 4000d. Live view continues to work offourse. No overheating camera issues since my setup is co...

Re: Problems with latest version
Ok will do and revert. Regarding mpeg4's I think that there must be a bug because, if I restart wifibooth then it will record 2-3 vids before it stops again. This indicates that it is not the cameras fault for dropping frames nor the connection. One last note, in my last event printing problems stop...

Problems with latest version
Hi there, I have upgraded to the latest version and have these problems (iPad Air2, Canon 4000d, Wifi router, dnp wps pro): 1. While working with raw+jpeg we get an error message for large files asking to reduce quality. This wasn't an issue before. 2. Printing stops randomly although, no errors pop...

Problems with app
Hi there, I have been using the app for some time now and I am facing some problems. Please note that my current setup is a Canon 4000d with an iPad Air2. 1. The app stalls when the camera fails to focus. The progress round thing just keeps on counting from 60secs with no way to come over this. 2. T...

GDPR compliance
Hi there, As you probably already know there is a new thing in EU called GDPR that we all need to look in to. When people put their email there has to be a tick box that they have "read" and understood the gdpr rules and that they are the owner of the email that they register etc.. This is a huge le...

Re: Lag - Processing after taking shots
I need them to be close as my Photo Booth is designed this way but from a test that I just did it did not matter at all. We are talking about 15-20secs after the shots! There was a round progress bar counting down from 60. No variation whatsoever, same delay in all shots. iPad storage completely emp...

Hi there,
yes I am aware of the app but it needs an iPhone for it to work.
Anyway, thank you!

Re: Lag - Processing after taking shots
Thank you for the fast reply.
The distance was very very close. Some cm away.
Camera & iPad in full battery (both on power banks).
No blueprint.
I think that there is some processing happening after the shots but I haven't figured out what to disable in order for it to be resolved.

Ipad with 4G no internet
Hi there,
iPad connected with camera via wifi (Sony A7s) and active 4G SIM card in but no internet.
Is there a way to force data through mobile network?
Thank you!

Lag - Processing after taking shots
Hi there, First time use in an event for me yesterday and I noticed significant lag after taking shots. The settings were for 2 shots no autopilot and gifs enabled. No printing, just emails. Camera Sony A7s with low res settings (Jpeg - fine) and an iPad Air with the latest updates. After the two sh...
