Re: landscape printing
@FeRDNYC I appreciate your help here too! Thank you. Happy to! Printing is kind of my wheelhouse, all the way back to my very first paid programming gig . :geek: That being said, If you open up Print Center on the printer-connected iOS device while printing is in progress, what does that show for t...

Re: landscape printing
These will probably sound like very silly questions, mostly, but 30 years of IT support experience have taught me to always ask the silly questions. Just for those rare occasions when the answer turns out to be, "...Oops. Never mind!" (I once solved someone's printing problems over the phone, by ask...

Re: Wifibooth Pro purchase recovery (successful!)
You'd think. Eventually they'll probably realize that this nonsense is costing them money, too, and find some way to either automate the decision process instead of relying on humans to never make mistakes, or respond to mistakes with less of a scorched-earth freakout. I remember back in the Windows...

Re: Wifibooth Pro purchase recovery (successful!)
Yeah, it really is sort of beyond the pale. Apple's stated philosophy for both the iPhone and iPad is that they are strictly single-user devices, and that part I can understand. I'm sure it's killing them that the iCloud and iTunes sign-ons have to be managed separately, and the only reason for that...

Re: Suggestion: Store/Default test email address
I just realized there's a "best of both worlds" implementation that would allow those options to coexist, even. If Wifibooth pre-filled the field with either the last used address, or a stored default (if one is set for the event), then most users who just want to conveniently repeat their tests can...

Suggestion: Store/Default test email address
Hi Tim, In working on our Wifibooth setup for an upcoming event, I remembered a suggestion I'd intended to make last time through this process, and then forgot. It's somewhat along the same lines as djpedroc's Feature Request: Predictive Email Address Entry , but even simpler. It'd be great if Wifib...

Wifibooth Pro purchase recovery (successful!)
I'm not even sure whether this section or Suggestions & Ideas makes more sense for this post, but I'm sure it'll end up in the right place. I wanted to share our experiences getting our Pro subscription of Wifibooth (originally purchased and used several months ago on an iPad Air) activated to the i...
