What is the best method for getting the hair to be cut out cleanly from the background?
I am going to try adding a backlight to the hair, anyone have any tips?

Re: allow users to choose virtual background/green screen
Just bought a 12.9 3rd gen and this feature really works well. The cloudy halo around the people's heads takes a minute to get used to, but end results are good. some hair styles do not cut out that well, but even with green screen that is tricky to do.

allow users to choose virtual background/green screen
the new depth camera that replaces the real background with a virtual one is a pretty nice features.
It would be great if the user could choose the background. Maybe give them 4 or 6 choices. any more than that would slow down the line too much IMHO.

Re: Creating Photo strips after event
there are a lot of free ipad apps that do really simple colleges.
if you know photoshop you can write an action to do that pretty easily.
and there are windows based programs that do this to, but the learning curve is much higher

Re: Can it work with a Raspberry Pi?
there is no way to know, unless you try it yourself! since you already have the hardware please test it and report back asap. There are several companies that sell raspi air print devices and they are all coded differently. I have tried ones from boothprint, airkonov and homemade ones. simplebooth a...

Re: Live view on wifibooth too dark

It's hard for Wifi booth to know the ins and outs of every camera since there are so many. all the cameras I have used will automatically ...

Re: how much is feb price increase?
why not, many companies tell customers after xx/xx/xxxx date price will increase 10% more. If I buy it now and then find out the price increase was only 5% I'll feel manipulated. you can always just say approximate price increase of 30% which will allow you to not have a set in stone price that peop...

Re: Using A camera without wifi
the only app that does this is snappic and you have to buy a piece of hardware from Manfrotto that is around $100.

having to wait a minute between posting is really annoying, admin can that be adjusted?

Re: Mac OS as print server!
dnp just released a new printer. looks like it might support direct prininting from an ipad via airprint? I assume that is why they now have the odd 4.5" paper width. a 4.5" x6" print would be the same proportions as the ipad camera. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0j7sBMOz5Y I guess I can't embed ...
