I also just tried connecting via our open public wifi. Same "looking for camera" situation.
I'll check in with the IT folks about the "uPnP traffic".

I have the Pro version of Wifibooth installed on the iPad connected to the hidden, secured network in our building. I connected the Canon to the same network. WB says looking for camera forever... I've adjusted the settings in WB to "slow camera". I've restarted the iPad. I need to get this connecte...
