Would it be helpfull, if my Device is registered as a developer Device within an Apple dev Account? I am able to install any app

since you are the developers, your should be allowed to send me the .ipa file . No use to work with apple.
If there is no chance to get the app-file, is there a chance to get a refund ?

due to an issue my ipad resetted. Now i had to fresh install it again. Unfortunally i can't download my wifibooth app, because my IOS-Version is to OLD! Plz send me a link where i can download an old version that fits my IOS 9.3.6
