Re: 3.9 x 5.8" print size not working for Selphy CP1200
The ability to control the outer borders independently is already available in v4, which I'm hoping to launch in July. I'm working my butt off on it, it is coming along fast. It's huge and needs to be translated into 11 languages still...

Re: Autopilot Mode
It's done and will be released in the next update, and yes you can choose to set a fixed number of prints, or allow the user to choose how many prints. The next update is v4, huge update. I've been working til past midnight many nights since March. Hope to get it out in early July, it has taken long...

Re: Blueprint losing connection after a while
Hi Chris Hmmm odd, it is sending keepalive packets every 30s or less so strange that this would matter. I am wondering what is the wifi connection between your iphone and your selphy? If your printer is connecting to your iphone's wifi then try reversing it so that the printer serves the wifi and yo...

Re: Cannot Restore Purchase
Can you remember if you bought a one-time purchase package, or a subscription? Can you look back at Feb 2016 on the payment source (ie. credit card) that you used for Apple purchases, and tell me the amount you paid? I can then backtrack and figure out which package it was. I'll also need you to tel...

Re: Help with FTP
You can set the wifibooth ftp settings in the Settings App -> Wifi Booth. But I don't see how the camera can work with FTP with wifibooth: both are acting as servers. Wifi booth doesn't use FTP as a client, unless it is sending to a printer. You'll need to wait for the panasonic update. I'll look in...

Re: Blueprint losing connection after a while
Hi Chris,
Sure if you have the time to make a video it'll almost certainly be helpful!
Thanks for all the details, i've put this on my TODO list.
Would you be willing in the future to try out a test version of the app to see if I have fixed this for your setup?

Re: Blueprint losing connection after a while
Thanks Chris i'll take a look and see if I can reproduce this.
Two more questions:
1. What iOS versions do both your iPad and iPhone have?
2. Is the wifi of your iPad connected directly to the wifi of the camera (camera mode wifi) ?

Re: Blueprint losing connection after a while
Hi Chris Sorry you're having this problem. First things first: on your ipad go to app store -> updates, and make sure wifibooth is the newest version. Then on the other device where Blueprint is running, go to app store -> updates and make sure Blueprint is the newest version. The versions must be m...

Re: Canon T6 dropping wifi after a few shots
Fantastic! Thanks for letting me know: the app should not freeze up in this case. It should timeout, and go back to the home screen.
I think this problem is already fixed in v4 (that it should timeout).

Re: Canon T6 dropping wifi after a few shots
Hmm are there any other devices on the same wifi network? Does it still happen if the camera and ipad are the only devices connected to the router?
Also would you be willing to try a test version to see if the issue still occurs on it?

Re: Help with FTP
Glad you like the app, thanks! It seems like you have two separate issues. Let's please keep them separate when we're talking about them, so I don't get confused :) First, your camera issue - you're having trouble connecting your Panasonic GH4. You said you have an FTP connection from your GH4 to yo...

Re: Help with FTP
Hi there, How are you trying to use FTP? WiFi Booth can upload files via FTP to a print server for printing. WiFi Booth can also accept incoming FTP connections (act as an FTP server) to allow photos to be uploaded. By GH4 do you mean the Panasonic GH4 camera? I'm not aware that this has any FTP sup...

In the event that crashes does the event name have any emoji like smiley faces or chars like öéôø?
What does that crashing event have for settings? Can you take a picture of the event settings and post it here?

Re: Not E-Mails
If your ipad with 3G has it's wifi connected to your Sony camera, then it does not have internet access in this configuration. That is because the wifi is the dominant connection (always), if it is connected then that is the active network. So what should have happened is that in this configuration,...

Re: Cannot Restore Purchase
Hi Chris, Sure i'll try to help! When you made your purchase it was via Apple, and Apple always emails you a receipt for your purchase. Hi Julia, Thanks for the detailed feedback. You are right, the app currently does not give enough feedback in this area, I will try to improve it soon. I am not sure what happened in your case: if the ipad did actually have internet, then WiFi Booth should have received a positive response from your...

Re: Not E-Mails
Hi Julia, Hmm that's strange. If you go to the event settings, touch the icon at the top-right, and touch "Get email addresses", do you see a list of email addresses that look like what the guests entered? If yes, while connected to the internet, can you try starting that event (you don't need to co...
