Hi wdeesin that's very odd. Can you please try killing the app (double-tap home button, swipe away), starting it again, go to its settings page where you bought it, and tell me what it says -- does it say "purchased"?
thanks

Sorry you're having trouble. Did you enter your Eye Fi Upload key into the app?

Re: Event with no internet connection
Hi Mark, Yes. WiFi Booth was originally designed for offline operation, and features like dropbox uploading were introduced later. Email addresses by default will be collected, so that you can later use the button in the settings area "Get email addresses". It does not automatically email when later...

Hi Carlos
Please post a new topic here in the forums, with the problem you're having. This is more effective than email support: others who have the same problem as you, can see the solution
thanks

To apply for refunds for apps, you need to use the link in the receipt-email you receive from apple.

Re: Logo the event
Thanks all. Yes, this idea is known to me...
One of the issues I have is with the design. Where in the printed copy would you want the watermark to be, and how big?
How do you imagine configuring this: what do you think should be the choices for where / how big?

Re: Instagram and email photos
Hi Larry There are 2 specific reasons why the app currently does not email specific batches of photos to users. These are based on my experience of running the app at live events like weddings, corporate events, apéros, etc. 1) Usually there's a lineup of people waiting at the ipad to use it, so it ...

Re: Cannot Get Upload Key
Hi Jenn, OK, and I can see why -- something is wrong, the terminal script did not generate your EyeFi key. I assume this is because for some reason, the value is not currently saved by the Eye Fi software where it is usually saved. Can you please try this for me: 1) open the eye fi mobi software 2) ...

Re: Cannot Get Upload Key
Hi Jenn Sorry for the confusion. Please try one thing for me: when you click the link in the email and WiFi booth launches, please then select the right-most button (the Eye-Fi button). Do you see a key that's already filled in? If yes, then it worked -- just hit the arrow to continue, you've alread...

Re: Use with eyefi mobi
Hi Daytripper
Correct, the eyefi mobi cannot do what you want: it cannot connect the camera and printer to the ipad at the same time.
Yes, I recommend the EyeFi Mobi Pro card, it works very well for me.

Hi there,

Re: Use with eyefi mobi
Thanks for the compliment :) Yes, you need an eyefi card that supports infrastructure mode to connect ipad + camera + printer all at the same time. I have the older X2 Pro and the newer Mobi Pro. The Mobi Pro is superior in multiple ways, it connects faster, has better range, and seems to use less b...

Re: Pictures saved on iPad?
Yes definitely, that's plenty of space.
If your camera is able, set it to store both RAW and JPG and set the jpg to very low resolution (as close to 1800x1200 as possible)-- wifibooth will only download the jpg (and downsize it). Then after, you still have the fullsize raw on the camera card.

Re: Pictures saved on iPad?
The pictures do need to be saved on ipad first. But the ipad downsizes them to print resolution (1800x1200 by default) so they do not take much space. Just try to make a few 100mb free and see if it works.

Re: Instagram and email photos
Hi Larry, Instagram, owned by Facebook, does not allow any app other than the official Instagram app(s) to post on instagram. That's why you'll notice that no other apps (including wifibooth) post on Instagram. I would love to build this but there is no way. The only thing that would get close is th...

Hi Jenn
Sorry you're having trouble. When you hit the link in the email, did nothing at all happen, or did wifibooth launch? If wifibooth launched did you see a white message box come to the front?
thanks

Re: Cant connect
In the app now (after purchase), near the bottom does it say "Please connect your camera", or something else?
Purchasing the app does not change the way the app works. It's likely that something else has changed, ie. your wifi, your camera settings....

Re: How to connect to canon selphy using iPad's hotspot
Hi Atan
In that setup where everything is connected to the same network, what happens if you try to print from apple apps like Photos or Safari? Do they see the printer? Do they print ok?
Thx
Tim

Re: Cant connect
OK, that means that the app did connect to your camera. At this point, you should simply be able to start taking photos with the 70D's shutter button like normal, and after a few moments they should show up automatically on the iPad. Is this not happening? Things to check at this point: camera is se...

Hi Crayphoto,
You said "the camera shows a connection to wifi booth". You mean that on the back screen of the 70D, you can see the words "WiFi Booth", and you accepted this connection?
thanks

Hi there,
Is the iPad connected to the same wifi router?
On the camera when you chose its wireless mode, did you choose the top middle icon (Smartphone) ?
cheers

Hi Mok
I'm very sorry but I have no transcend card to test. I'm sure the app will not work with transcend cards as they are not the same as eye-fi cards.

Re: do I need internet for printer spooling to work ?
Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in my reply.
No, you do not need internet access for printing / spooling.
Printing is a manual task: the print button must be pressed. Easiest is if you download the app and try this yourself, as it is free to download.

Hi Wayfrae Oops, really sorry I didn't see this post until now for some reason. Sorry that you're having trouble with getting the Eye-Fi card to connect. Eye-Fi cards are indeed tricky, but the Pro X2 definitely should work. Please power-cycle your ipad and camera, make sure these three things are t...
