Re: Long time between prints
Hey Tim,
I have the Problem that always when I am in beta I loose the paid version. Should I better get into the normal version back?
When I test-buy it. I remember that sometimes it turned back to have the watermarks

Re: GDPR
It’s not that simple anymore. Sadly now you have to let the guests tell you that they agree that the pictures are saved in the cam, in Dropbox and in the gallery. And all that before they make pictures. So either I will have a sign that tells them that but better Version I let them check off three p...

GDPR
Hey Tim, for Europe-user we really need a GDPR-compliant workflow. Very important are questions like: saving pictures, showing them in the gallery and saving them in the dropbox folder. https://www.fotobox-owl.de/images/13/dsgvo-bildershow.jpg This picture can give a small hint on how another Photo ...

Hey Tim,
I will need a new invite as I turned off beta as it didn’t felt like using beta on an event.

Re: Long time between prints
Hey Tim,
This sounds like our issue. i am nearly 90% sure that the 3 points all are selected and set.
Should I just change one point and see what it does?

Disconnection printer and camera
Hey Tim, Blueprint seems to be the perfect network for all our devices. This makes it an ideal tool for our PhotoBooth as we want to set it up and leave. But yesterday on our event at BMW the printer disconnected 3 times and the camera at least 2 times over the 3 hours in action. This leaves us havi...

Sony Alpha 6300 active triggering
Hey Tim, Our first event was a Wedding and the guest and i really like that i was able to shoot pics with triggering the camera inside the box. Means pics made with the canon 80D went straight into the gallery when I personally shot them from inside the box. Now the Sony 6300 puts them in line. Mean...

Re: Long time between prints
Hey Tim,
I have to check it again tonight but I am pretty sure it takes so long to even be shown on the blueprint app. So it has to be something between iPad and iPhone with blueprint.

Re: Help Sony alpha 6000 image size
Hey Tim,
The solution is easy (now):
On the Sony Alphas the display is WYSIWYG and so the screen shows what you get without the external flash (a black pic) as it probably can’t read that it is attached.
We just had to set the cam to Liveview->all settings off.
Hope this helps
Best
Johann

Re: Long time between prints
Hey Tim,
Makes sense but especially for that I turned transferring internet in blueprint off. So it shouldn’t try to upload something... But still it takes very long to print.

Hey Tim,

I thought maybe the dnp 620 has to warm up but it is the same with pushing print right after it printed a picture...
Can you help?

Border color changing
Hey Tim, I noticed that despite the other set up options the border color does not stay as it is set. It always goes back to white after closing Wifibooth and opening it again. When you forget about it and you have to shot WB down and back again, you now have the wrong color for coming pics... Thank...

Re: Help Sony alpha 6000 image size
Hey Tim, we are testing the app right now for our event tomorrow and we see big differences from mode P to M as the last one performs way better concerning look and feel of the pictures. But still we only see the black live view :( ist it possible that the 6300 can’t provide that? The canon 80D was ...

Re: Help Sony alpha 6000 image size
Hey, sorry but I really don’t know that anymore. But it shouldn’t have been longer than 30 min before I posted it. Central European timeline. Another weird thing about the 6300 is that I can’t set it to Manual as the display and liveview turns black after it. Right before it takes a shot it shows th...

Re: Help Sony alpha 6000 image size
Ok thank you. I just bought the 6300 and am trying to test it :) I just experienced a crash. I have the 6300 connected via WiFi and was in the gallery. I then tapped take a pic (not go to camera) and the app suddenly crashed. This is the first time I had this with this app. But I can’t reproduce it ...

Hey Community, Maybe there is someone out there that has the same issues we are having and maybe even has a solution for it. Re: EOS 80D lagging
I can't explain it either. The camera display says on the top: 3:2 format Raw&JPG L-size
I don't know why it keeps saving them so little...
Maybe it’s helpful if I put this in an extra thread as there are maybe more 6000 users...

Re: EOS 80D lagging
Hey Tim,
I thought that I don’t really need to do this test but after being set back a couple of times I am more careful.
Result: you are right, the quality is really not good. It’s only 100 KB. It’s set to raw&jpeg and large.
Do you already have a solution for this?
