Re: Instagram only option
Hi Kevin, I built the feature you requested into version 2.2.1, which just went live on the app-store. It might take your ipad up to 24 hours to find the update. To use the feature, go to Settings App, Wifi Booth, and turn on the option "Hide mode toggle in Instagram Mode***". If the app was already...

Re: Can't take photo
The problem with the countdown timer in landscape mode has been fixed in version 2.2.1, which is now on the app store (note, it can take up to 24 hours before your ipad finds the update). I'm not sure what you mean, add the view from the ipad... basically, I have no way to get a video feed from the ...

You could use ipad camera mode so that it doesnt say that it is waiting for a camera to connect .. Is it really a problem if someone does use the ipad camera to take a selfie etc?

Re: My Canon is connected but i cant take a photo
Yes there is a bug in the in-app purchase, i'm very sorry about that! The update has already been released, but it will probably not reach you until tomorrow. So, please update the app again tomorrow - the updated version is 2.2.0 (you can see that in Settings app -> Wifi Booth). Then hit "restore p...

OK. If you don't see the button, please go to the Settings app, scroll down to WiFi Booth, and turn on the setting "Shutter button in Wifi mode...".
I am presuming it is turned off and that is why you do not see it.
Did that fix it?

Re: Wireless print server
Yes getting the WPS-1 is not easy. I would try bhphotovideo.com if you happen to be in north america. They import to canada very easily.
I'm afraid I doubt DNP printers will work with ANYTHING other than DNP products like the WPS-1.
The only requirement from wifibooth is that AirPrint is supported.

Re: In-App Purchase Not Working
Hi Andy I am working on a bug in that area. I hope to have an update out ASAP. Please help me: did you purchase the app, the delete the app, then try to restore the app and it will not restore? Did I understand that right? Edit: please try this workaround: go to settings app, App Store, and sign out...

Hi Laserhawk
As a result of changes that Google made in the last few days to a platform that Wifi Booth uses, subscription restoration (ie. via facebook login) is broken. I'm working on fixing this now.

Re: Can't take photo
Hi Pacibl Sounds like the app has the wrong command code for your camera. You should use a remote trigger (ie the Phottix Plato) for now. I will need to get a D5500 to check it out and figure out what the correct code is. You can turn off the shutter button in the app, by going to Settings app -> Wi...

Hi peter sorry you had trouble. In your receipt email from Apple there's a link to the refund application thing. Developers like myself have no mechanism to do it manually.

Re: Taking photos from the iPad
I am not sure what you mean by "talk with the computer".
To take photos with a camera that has an eye-fi card, and have these appear in WiFi Booth, a wifi hotspot of some kind is required. No internet access is required (unless you want instagam or dropbox functionality)

Re: Taking photos from the iPad
As a developer I have no power to give you a refund directly -- on the receipt in your email from apple there is a link where you can apply for one.
Or if you like, if you get your equipment later I could give you a couple of weeks for free.
Whatever you prefer.

Re: Taking photos from the iPad
You cannot trigger the shutter via Eye-Fi. You need a remote trigger, they are cheap. I recommend the Phottix Plato. Works well with nikon, canon etc
