Hmm that is very strange. Is there any chance there is an issue with your payment provider, because the amount is large ($99 USD) ? Ie. if you are using your credit card, can you please try calling your card provider and see if there was a charge to the card that was denied? That has happened to me ...

Go to settings, general, restrictions - make sure all are off 2) make sure you can purhase other apps (to verify your payment method is working) 3) if you installed the app via testflight, delete the app and install...

Update: I've discovered the problem and a fix is ready. I hope to upload the build to Apple tonight. If Apple approves it, it should be ready before the weekend. If they reject it (happens often for questionable reasons), the updated version will be available next week.

Hi Sean, There seems to be some confusion here: there is NO camera that can connect via cable to the iPad/iPhone and work with wifibooth. Wifibooth (and other iOS apps for that matter) have NO access to the lightning port on iOS devices. V4 is out, so you don't need to do the beta - just update via ...

OK. I've identified a possible issue in Wifibooth v4 that is possibly causing this. Sorry. I just received a camera that should help me track this down.

Sounds like an issue with wifibooth with this camera. I'm not familiar with the NEX-6.

Please can you try updating the "Smart Remote app" on your camera. Please note this is NOT the same as the camera's firmware.
What version of the Smart Remote App do you currently have?

Please note that Eyefi has strong limitations: can't trigger the camera, no live view, wont work with iphone guest app etc

Wifibooth 4.0 is at release candidate stage. If i hear back on monday from someone who is testing the app that it works with sony and nikon well (have failed a few tests on those recently) then im submitting to apple for approval. So possibly this coming week. I sure hope so.

Please note that with eyefi you cannot trigger the camera (so guests can't use iphone app in guest mode), and no live-view. That's because eyefi is an SD card. It cannot control the camera.

You're right to go after an wifi-infrastructure-mode capable camera, that makes things a LOT better. Especially if you want to offer live internet features (like twitter, or instant dropbox/email). Im not sure what that is. No, wifibooth will not work with that. I plan to add camfi support later this year. Are you asking because your camera doesnt have builtin wifi? If so please take a look at camfi instead of that

I know it isn't what you are asking for, but in v4 due out shortly guests can use their iphones to add photos from their camera roll to their collages, then print their collages via the ipad.
