Re: Compact Cameras

Fantastic well done!
You can likely speed up initial connection time if the memory card is blank when you start.

Re: Kodak 6850

Hi there, What you'd need is software on your computer that turns your printer into AirPrint compatible printer. Usually you first get the drivers for the printer installed and get the computer printing ok Then you install AirPrint software. If your laptop is a PC you could try https://www.collobos....

Re: Printing perplexed

Hi there,
Hmm that's very odd that it would just stop working! Could it be that you updated the version of iOS on the iPad, and that doesn't work with your print server (Printopia) anymore?

Re: App no longer allowing upload of logo.

Hi there,
No this wouldn't have anything to do with your paid status. This sounds like a permission issue with photos. Can you please try the following:
1. Open settings app
2. Go to Wifibooth on left side
3. Make sure "Photos" is set to "All photos"

Re: Before I Buy...

Hmm so usually when you connect the printer you select the paper “queue” that tells the printer to make the cut. So for example if you are using pc to connect to printer do you see an option like 2x2x6 for paper/tray? Or does pc split ok but just app doesn’t? In which case check the software on pc t...

Re: Can you stream video or does this only support still pictures?

Hi there
Wifibooth takes photos and creates videos during the countdown. But it does not give guests an option to make a video.
Check out Booth.Events which allows guests to make slow-mos and boomerangs too: https://booth.events

Re: Before I Buy...

Hi Kyle, That looks good, but get the DNP not the Sinfonia - we don't support Sinfonia. And heads up: our newer app, Booth.Events, has a lot more pro support including customizable templates, automatic online galleries with email & text sharing, and more. Definitely recommend you check out Booth.Eve...

Re: how to setup mitsubishi cp-d707dw

Hi there,
Wifibooth supports AirPrint + DNP WPS printers. You'll need to make the Mitsubishi AirPrint compatible via a 3rd-party print server, or stick a mac in front of it that's sharing the printer

Re: Premium

Hi the premium version's shortest time for google photos is 5 seconds. In practice it can take longer than 5 seconds per transition when shuffle is on and your entire library hasn't been discovered yet.

Hi please check that you do not have any Restrictions enabled on the iPad. For example, in-app purchases, app installs etc.
On newer versions of iOS this is called Screen Time -> app restrictions

Re: Prints coming out cropped (zoomed in)

OK. I wonder if something is going weird with automatic paper selection on that printer.
Can you please try this: in the connect printer popover, turn on "Manual AirPrint". When you print with this on, you'll see the iOS popover. If you use that does it stop the over-zooming?

Re: Prints coming out cropped (zoomed in)

OK interesting - which printer is this? It looks as though the printer isn't resizing the print to the paper size which is what printers' default settings are. If you're able to reset the printer to its default settings that could help. Can you also please check in Wifibooth settings you have paper ...

Re: Prints coming out cropped (zoomed in)

Hi there
Printing over wifi is always slower - the app is printing as fast as iOS and your network speed allows.
If prints are zoomed in, can you please show us an example? Post on imgur for example.
