Re: Can't buy the premium package ??
OK. One user who was having this problem called Apple, and it turned out there was a problem with their Apple ID account that Apple needed to fix. Can you please try calling Apple? Just tell them you cannot purchase an in-app purchase from Wifibooth. Link: https://support.apple.com/contact (You can ...

Re: Can't buy the premium package ??
Hi there, I am assuming you can make other purchases with the same Apple ID fine (ie. you can buy a $0.99 app from the app store with no problem). Several users have had this issue. For all of them, the problem was that the payment amount was large enough that the payment provider was blocking the c...

Re: Nikon D850
Will do.
If nothing else, why not rent a canon for the night. Renting is cheap and effective, and you can just pass the cost on to your client.

Re: Nikon D850
Thanks! Yes you are right, I really want people to have a good experience with my app. Happy customers might tell other people about the app :) I'm afraid Tether tools will not work with Wifibooth. At the moment there's no good option for your cameras. I might conceivably add support for CamFi - if ...

Re: Layouting
Hi, can you please describe what kind of layout you are trying to achieve:
1) are you printing these out? If so, what paper size?
2) can you show the logo? ie. upload it to imgur and post a link

Re: Nikon D850
Bad news good news. Bad news: D850 is not supported, will not work at the moment. Good news: the D850 uses Nikon SnapBridge, which is the next things being worked on for camera compatibility. So it's coming... I cannot give you an ETA. I still recommend getting a cheap canon. The cruddy 18-55mm kit ...

I will definitely let you know if I learn about the D850.
In the meantime, if you get a chance to play with it in the store: put wifibooth on your iphone and try connecting to it. Wifibooth is free to try and all features work before purchase.

Hi!
All wifibooth photos are saved on the camera roll (except twitter downloads). Don’t you already see all the gallery photos on the camera roll?

Re: Nikon D850
Im afraid i dont have access to one to tell you, but i expect that it will work. You probably already realize, but: the D850 is total overkill for a photobooth :) you’d be better off with a cheaper crop-sensor like the 5000- or 7000- series. Also note that Canon’s wifi is far superior to Nikons beca...

Hi Jerry,
At the moment there is no testflight build available: 4.0.6 was released on the app store a few hours ago.
When I make the next build for testflight ill make sure to invite you!
Thanks for being a tester!

Re: BluePrint not connecting
Hi Sander, No, there's no known issue with iOS 11, or any of the hardware you're describing. Hmm that is very odd. I just tried it with an iPhone 6 running iOS 11.0.3 against an iPad Pro running iOS 11.1, in the same wifi setup you describe, and it worked fine. There's nothing different about iPad a...

Sometimes Apple bluetooth gets all messed up. Can you please try powering both iOS devices all the way off (power down, wait a sec, power up, apple logo, etc), see if that helps?

Re: Guests at an event using the app
Hi Mark, You're welcome - happy customers multiply themselves :) The remote control functionality works like this: - multiple remotes can be connected to 1 iPad at a time (3 should be no problem) - the iPad can be triggered only once at a time (makes sense, right? you can't have 2 countdowns running...

Re: Guests at an event using the app
Hi Mark, Yes! But it depends what you want to do. Here is what is supported: - Wifibooth on iPad runs the photobooth - Guests download the Wifibooth app on their iPhones/iPods, and remote-control the ipad. They don't need to connect directly to the camera/printer, it is handled via the iPad. For gue...

Hi Geert, welcome!
You can use the X-E2 if it has firmware version 3.00 or later. The X-E2S and X-E3 are also supported.

Thanks, glad you like Wifibooth. Re slideshow: yeah, i'm thinking about that. Re dialing down user interaction: that's what the Autopilot feature is for, please try it out. Note: it behaves different if you're printing or not, so first turn printing on/off (dropdown -> switch), then set autopilot Re...

What is the cable you used to connect your ipad to the camera?
Did you find any other apps in the ipad that could see the photos on the camera, and control the camera too?

Re: Event photos - using WifiBooth for immediate sharing?
That's correct for the Nikon family of DSLRs, but not true for Canons or certain Panasonics.
