WPS Pro Non-Ethernet Workaround
I was able to get my WPS Pro to join a wifi network using an ethernet - wifi adapter (IOGEAR Ethernet-2-WiFi Universal Wireless Adapter). In summary: IOGEAR Ethernet-2-WiFi Universal Wireless Adapter + WPS Pro + DNP Printer = everything works I wonder if it isn't all possible to use something like A...

Re: Is a CF -> SD on 7D (not Mark II) supported ?
Connecting directly to the Canon and the live view seems a little better. Also, the progress circle went by quite a bit faster. However, there is still a delay after each picture is taken. And this time, the hourglass actually popped up after each photo was taken, for about 3 seconds before the coun...

Re: Confused
Is there anyway to streamline and really dumb-down the user interaction experience? This is the flow I follow as a user as of right now: Enter booth and see iPad Press the button to take the pictures Wait for a 2 second delay after each picture before the next countdown starts (instead of just start...

The iPad and the Canon are both connected to my hotspot router.

Re: Is a CF -> SD on 7D (not Mark II) supported ?
Official Canon app does have lag as well. I can't be sure it's better or not, but it "feels" slightly better. Could be my imagination. I'd have to spend more time with both to more objectively interpret my impression.

Confused
Some points of confusion I have that I'm not sure are simply settings I can change or if it's just the way Wifibooth works and I have to live with them: When I take photos with Wifibooth they collect in the gallery waiting for something to be done with them (print I assume). I'd like to be able to d...

Re: Is a CF -> SD on 7D (not Mark II) supported ?
I bought the 80D and there are some issues. 1) The lag for what we see on the iPad is choppy and slow 2) The strobe will only trigger if I push the shutter release on the camera itself. It will not fire when Wifibooth takes the picture 3) I haven't figured out how to get the iPad to show me a decent...

Re: Opinion on a competitor?
It's not looking promising.
There is literally no way I can find to configure it to join an existing network. It seems to be solely designed to be its own network that you're supposed to join using your phone and their app.

Re: Opinion on a competitor?
Is there a different wireless print server I could get on, say, Amazon that would work better?
T-mobile has a restocking fee on this router and it's also hard to even find viable alternatives in the first place.

Re: Opinion on a competitor?
I ended up getting the DNP DS620 because I knew it would work from reading your site. I also got DNPs print server. It was between that and the Mitsubishi K60… which I didn't find out would work until yesterday when I got through to Mitsubishi tech support. Despite having bought the DS620, yesterday...

Opinion on a competitor?
Tim: I apologize if this is an inappropriate question and completely understand if you prefer not to speak about competitors at all. When I went printer shopping, the guys at the store (all photoboothers themselves) gave me a hard time… first, about using an iPad instead of a Surface… then about pic...

Re: Mitsubishi K60?
For reference, should anyone else encounter the same question (and presumably this would apply to the entire Mitsubishi's sub-dye photo printer line):
I called tech support and they confirmed that if you connect it to a WiFi print server, it AirPrint WILL work.

Re: Is a CF -> SD on 7D (not Mark II) supported ?
I was torn between creating a new topic under Cameras with Built-in WiFi or replying to continue this thread. I hope this was the correct choice! I'm going to buy a new camera. Among all the compatible cameras on your list, the best values seem to be either the Nikon D5300 and the Canon T6i. Having ...

Is a CF -> SD on 7D (not Mark II) supported ?
I have a Canon 7D (not Mark II). It uses a CF slot.
Can I use an adapter like this https://www.amazon.com/Eye-Fi-Compact-A ... B001DKO7R8 to use an Eye-Fi card on my camera or is there some other reason the non-Mark II 7D is unsupported?
Thank you
