When I do pinch to zoom or to resize the pictures, the frames do not change with them.so there is space between pics and frames. Is that a bug or a calculated “very hard one”?

When I use my IPhone SE and want to change the background color I can’t set it or go back. I don’t see any way how to get back without starting the app new.
