Re: Selphy CP1200 not printing

Please try power-cycling the printer and the ipad (full power-off, not two-button reset). The printer daemon that Apple uses on the ipad is not the most stable :(

Re: Selphy CP1200 not printing

Thanks, I try to answer fast. Sometimes I sleep though :) It sounds like there's a problem with the wifi network. If your iphone and printer are a long way away, try moving them closer. If they are touching each other, move them a bit away. Same with the iphone and ipad: close, but not too close. In...

Hi,
Did I understand it right, that (sometimes) you cannot print from the Apple Photos app? Or does that work ok?

Re: Lost my purchase! AND it wasn't working anyway!

No worries, we can fix this. Open the WiFi Booth app, go to settings (top-right corner cog icon), and touch the "Restore My Purchase" button. When you are asked to "Facebook Login", touch Login. Log in with any facebook account, and authorize WiFi Booth. The app will tell you "No purchase could be r...

Re: Cannot Get Upload Key

Things to try: remove and re-add the network from the eyefi card. Also try turning off ALL other computers, phones, and tablets on the same wifi network to make sure the eyefi isnt connecting to one of them instead somehow

Re: Cannot Get Upload Key

Hi MistyBlue, That usually means one of two things. Here are the steps: 1) Insert eye-fi card into computer, open official eye-fi software, go to settings of the card. Make sure ALL "features" like Eye-Fi cloud, Relay Print, etc are turned OFF 2) After changing settings, put the card in your camera,...

What happens if you follow instructions for Windows 8 -- does the Settings.xml file exist at that location?

Re: Cannot Get Upload Key

Hi nithyaraj85, good news -- you succeeded. That is your eyefi key. When the app opens, it is saving your key. If you open the app, hit "Eye Fi" button, you'll see the textfield already has your key filled out and you are good to go. Start taking photos and as long as your ipad and camera are on the...

Re: How to trigger multiple photos with iPad shutter

Hi, Sorry, liveview and multi-shot are not available for built-in wifi, because the cameras don't really support them. Liveview is supported by some cameras (including yours), but I have not had time to implement it -- because every camera has some different implementation of it (yuck). It is on my ...

Re: Taking photos from the iPad

It is not possible for any app with eyefi to make a shutter button because eyefi doesnt support it. Get a remote trigger for the camera like a phottix plato - cheap and easy. Yes you can have eyefi and email/dropbox: configure the eyefi and ipad as per the help instructions to connect to a wifi rout...

Re: Recommended Printers for WiFiBooth and iPad

Hi RudiK
If you are buying a normal printer: the printer must support AirPrint.
If you are buying a pro printer (these are generally USB-only), you need to buy any extra kit required to enable either AirPrint or FTP printing.

Re: Can't Connect

Hi there, We discovered a really nasty bug in WiFi Booth 2.3.0 and 2.3.1. If you are using one of these versions, that might be the problem. The fix, which is coming in 2.4.0, is currently being reviewed by Apple. I hope they will approve it today, which should mean you can get the update tomorrow. ...

That's great that you got the eyefi working! :D Here are some answers to your questions: - if you set the settings to auto upload collages to dropbox or save them in a camera roll album (sounds like you did), then collages get saved when either the email or the print button on a collage is pressed -...

Re: After new update 2.3.1 not connecting on wifi anymore

The fix is in version 2.4.0 which has been uploaded (again) to Apple, and is awaiting their review. I had time to rewrite the subsystem that handles the built-in wifi cameras, it should now be much more stable. I tested it today with Canon and it works well. Eye-Fi & twitter too (although I didn't c...

Re: After new update 2.3.1 not connecting on wifi anymore

Hi Eric I apologize profusely. I'm (still) working VERY hard on the fix. I am not sleeping while this bug is out there. The fix should be out before the weekend. If you are desperate you can try to go back to version 2.2.1 of the app, which is the latest version that works correctly. Here is an arti...
