Solo can't find my google albums

New to this ... the app can't find my google albums and only plays some pictures over and over again ... is their a users manual someplace?

Hi Mensing that shouldn’t happen. Can you please try signing out of google in the app then sign back in?

Hi ... the same ... when hi touch albums, message comes up, no albums found....

Ok. When you open safari on that ipad and login to google photos there, how many albums do you see?

I have a google photo app icon that I tap, don't go into safari ... 34 albums

Please go thru safari and check how many albums you see. You log on at photos.google.com
Also in google photos app please check which account you are logged in with. Are the albums shared from someone else?
