Hi
I purchased this app to show slide shows from Google Photos to Sony Tv using iPad or iPhone. Works great on iPad and iPhone but when I click the cast button on app, nothing happens on TV. I tried uninstalling app, signing in and out of google but it didn’t help. What am I doing wrong ? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I am a senior with not a lot of tech know how.

Hi Nan,
It's hard to say, because every TV is totally different. Most likely you are doing nothing wrong! It could be a setting on your TV that needs to be turned on (UPNP, or DLNA, or accepting connections from other devices), or your TV might not support it.
If you post the model number of your TV, I could do some googling...

The TV is a Sony XBR-55x900e Bravia 4kb. Hope this helps.
