Cannot restore purchase

I purchased on 8/21.
5.35 charge. Old iPad, iOS 9.3.5
Worked great. Turned off iPad for a few days. Now I cannot restore purchase.

Have signed out of ITunes and back in several times.
Have powered off/on several times.
Deleted the app and reinstalled it.
Checked general settings for any restrictions. There are none.

Help me, Obi-wan. You're my only hope.

Hi there, wifibooth has not been supported on versions lower than ios12 for some years, were you able to make a purchase on ios9? That is a surprise to me! Are you able to restore on your iphone or another ipad with same apple ID with ios12/13?

Hi,
I have no newer iPads or iPhones to try..this is my "newest" ...and yes, I was able to purchase within the app. I thought it was a miracle to bring life back into the old iPad. guess not?

Ok so you were able to purchase but then it stopped working after how long?

Hi,
I purchased on 8/21. It worked great 8/21-23
I turned off my iPad on August 23rd. I turned it back on 8/27 and the app behaves as if it is the free version. The app works, but I can't adjust the settings like before.

Ok. What package did you buy and how much did it cost?
Apple emailed you a receipt - you can forward that to me at tim at wifibooth com if that is easier
