Soloslides saying I haven't upgraded

I've purchased Solo slides premium last week. This evening I load the application and it's saying I need to purchase premium again and when I try to restore my purchase it says that it can't and to contact support via this forum.
Help please

Hi please make sure you are signed in to the App Store in the Settings App (older iOS versions this is iCloud) as the exact same Apple ID that made the purchase, then reboot the iPad, then start the app and try to restore.
If you're not sure which Apple ID made the purchase, search your email for the receipt that apple sent to you, and look at the TO: line of the email -- that's the apple id
