Canon E0S 200D connection failure

Hello,

I am having trouble connecting my canon E0S 200D camera to wifibooth, I am successfully connecting the camera to the canon connect app. However, when I go to connect it to wifibooth it is rejected, no message appears on my camera when it tries to connect either. Would you be able to help?

Hi Ceri,
Sorry you are having trouble with the app.
On the device where wifibooth is, you don’t need to run the canon app. When you go to connect to wifibooth, try using a new wifi settings bank - ie canon cameras usually have set1, set2, set3 - try using a different one. The point is that you choose the wifi options again. That can help.
Also if you are trying to connect thru your home wifi then try camera mode wifi to connect directly to the camera.
