I've bought a canon 1300d
Live view works but it's distorted a bit and doesn't have a clear view, but won't really matter !
But it's a little bit slow taking the photo when in automatic or manual setting picking shutter speed and apperture.
Should I have gotten a better camera ?

Hi Mark! Glad you got wifibooth connected to your camera.
To try to improve the speed, did you try turning live view off? It will probably be a lot faster without it.
If you really want live view, you can try improving the wifi connection: make sure the camera, router (if you're using one), and ipad are as close as can be.
