Connected. . . now what?

Postby potcherboy » Mon Oct 19, 2015 7:38 pm

Connected my new Canon T6s to the wifi booth app on my iPad. The LCD on the camera said that now I could use the smartphone (ipad) to control the camera, and another board stated that at least with another camera I can take photos with the camera as usual and they'll show up in the Wifi booth app. But my shutter button is dead when the camera connects to the iPad. I can menu out of there but the camera disconnects from the app. So I connect, but what do I do now?

Hi there,
I'm not familiar with the Canon T6S so please try this for me:
- connect the camera to the standard Canon iphone/ipad app
- tell me if the shutter button is still dead
I have not heard of this before, I expect the shutter button should still work...
