Canon SX730 HS not sending files to ipad/app
I'm using a Canon SX730hs and it's connecting to the app via my iPad but the images aren't transferring and creating the collage. What's the best settings for making this happen? Also how do you take out the edit/filter option after clients finish taking pictures?

Hi,
Do you mean that no photos are ever transferring to Wifibooth (no photos from the camera ever show up in the gallery) ? What happens when the pink ring/donut shows -- does it eventually stop and go back to the live-view page, or does it go to the gallery page?
To disable editing, look at the last setting on the event settings -> general page.
