“Please Wait...” screen counts down from 54 but photos don’t load

I’m attempting to connect my Sony a7iii to an iPad running WifiBooth. The camera seems to connect properly. It takes the photos through the iPad used as a remote through WifiBooth. The photos are saved on my camera. When the WifiBooth app goes to the “Please Wait...” screen where the pink loading circle is supposed to load, it counts down from 54 and never loads the photos to the gallery and returns to the live view.

That is interesting. Can you please try the free app "Cascable" from the App store and tell me if that has the same issue for you?
Other things to try: make sure you format the card, make sure there's only 1 card in the camera, and make sure there's at least one photo on the card BEFORE you connect it to wifibooth (ie. take a photo with the camera before you start connecting it).
Finally, make sure you are shooting JPG (not only RAW).
I'm afraid I won't be able to help you further until Saturday, as I'm out on vacation this week...

Tim - i'm having the same issue. I'm running a sony alpha6000. Upgraded firmware, reformatted the memory card. When I try the cascade software it is not saving any pictures....thanks in advance.

What version of smart remote does your camera have installed?

Thanks for the report, it sounds like there might be an issue for Wifibooth connecting to Sony cameras that don't support storage access (includes A7r3 and a6000). I'll investigate further.

... update: I tested the Sony a6000 and had no issues.
It's almost certainly the problem that you updated your firmware, but NOT the Smart Remote Embedded app. These are two separate updates, you need to update Smart Remote Embedded. More details here: https://wifibooth.com/help/articles/con ... ltin-sony/
