Hello again,

I'm running into another issue. I'm updated on my iPad and on the app (version 4.10.4). When I connect my camera and take the three photos, the camera freezes and doesn't take me to the gallery page. If I click the pink camera icon it takes my three photos again and freezes. If I click the gallery page there are no photos at all. Is there a setting I am missing?

Which camera are you using? What wifi setup, if it is an external camera?

It is the Sony Alpha 6300, using a wifi on it called "smart remote control", wifi name "DIRECT-b7E0:ILCE-6300"

Ok. Can you confirm that the camera is creating JPGs, ie. not only RAWs?
Also please make sure the camera has something to focus on

solved! the dial was on movie mode instead of photo. didn't know it would affect it, but now I know
