Canon Eos M10 loading time and app crashes

Goodmorning,
When I use the app with a canon eos m10, sometimes the the the camera gets stuck in the loading modus (after making the pictures). I have tested this on wifi and usb. After a few minutes you will be able to use the camera again only sometimes the app/camera crashes and the connection is gone.
Someone familiar with this problem?

Hi please try updating your iOS and camera firmware to newest versions

He Tim I did both only had te same problem again. Sometime suddenly loading for a for a long time. The photos do not get through on the ipad. And when I try again the camera crashes (goes off) maybe the camera isn’t good?

That is very strange. Yes, if you are able to find another camera to try that would be great - haven’t heard of problems like this with Canon before.
Another thing you can try: can you please try using our other app
https://booth.events which is free to try, with that camera. Note it must be connected by USB not wifi with this app. It would be great to know if booth.events app has this problem with your camera also.

Hi Tim & Patrick,
I am having the same issue with the app stuck loading after taking the photos and then I have to close it down and open it back up
, with both a canon rebel T3i connected via cable and with a canon 6D mark ii wifi and connected by a cable. Have you had any luck figuring out what the problem is??
