Hi,

I tried everything in the description, but my 6D won't connect to my iPad.
Configuration:
iPad - router - 6D

Camera says "do you wanna connect to wifibooth?" and when I say yes nothing happens.

Hmm, that is very strange. I've had no problems with wifibooth and the EOS 6D.
First: can you please try going to settings app -> wifibooth -> try changing the last setting ("alt cam libs") from what it is set to, to the opposite (ie. off->on, or on->off). Was it off? Did the change help?
If that doesn't help: did you recently buy this camera, or upgrade its firmware to something new?

Shame on me! SD-Card was missing
