Deactivate access to file system of camera

Postby babzowski » Thu Mar 08, 2018 7:49 pm

Hi
I shoot on Fuji X-Pro 2, updated and I have an iPad Pro updated too.

The option "deactivate access to file system of camera" in the app options (I don't know if it's the exact name as it's in French on my iPad) seems to cause me issues.

I have to activate it if I want the live view to work and to be able to shoot the camera. But when it's activated, after intake the photo, the pink circle appears, stays 10-15 sec without moving and then just disappears. As a result I have my pics on my camera SD card, but no picture on the Wifibooth gallery.

This is really annoying as it's 80% of Photobooth experience I can't access here.

I hope you'll be able to help once more Tim !
Thanks

Steph

Hi Steph,
Sorry you are having issues with the app, i'll try to help you.
First - the settings in the Settings App, like deactivating filesystem access, are for special use-cases only. Basically you should only use those if I tell you to :D  so please turn all of those settings off.

The bad/good news: I was able to reproduce your issue. It looks like a bug in wifibooth. I'm investigating it.

Great news: apple approved it fast. 4.1.5 is live on the app store. It can take 12 hours for your ipad to “see” the update. Please try this and let me know that it solves your issue.

Hi babzowski great that it works!
Please start a new thread for your email problem. Post your email settings (screenshot), dont include your password.
The way to delete photos, when setting is enabled: open a photo full screen by tapping it, then look for trash icon at the top row
