Solodigitalis Community Support

So I have a dnp ds-rx1. Takes a roll paper and cuts. Portrait works fine all the time. But I want the pic to be landscape. I’m using my phone with solo and it’s taking the pic landscape. I also have a branding at the bottom. It will not print landscape. This can’t be that hard and I thought I had did it before.
Ideas anyone ?

Hooked to printer it says 1x4x6.
