do I need internet for printer spooling to work ?

also I am wondering if this app takes the 4 pictures and then automatically pritns them, or do I have to press some buttons to force it to print manually.

No, you do not need internet access for printing / spooling.
Printing is a manual task: the print button must be pressed. Easiest is if you download the app and try this yourself, as it is free to download.
