I've looked through this forum and can't find the answer. I have ordered the wps pro and have an rx1 printer to test on. Will this combination allow me to do the most common 2x6 double strips layout with 4 photos each. (3 photos each would be fine too). I've been playing around with version 4 and If I put a big logo on the bottom it formats double strips ONLY if there are 3 photos. If I do 4 photos it gives me photos 1 and two on one strip and photos 3 and 4 on the other strip.

If there are 4 photos what should happen?

if there are 4 photos then photos 1, 2, 3, &4 shoudl be printed on a 2x6 strip and then duplicated to make another 2x6 strip and the images should NOT be cropped.

Ok ill add this (support for 8 photos if 2 strips) soon. What size paper are you printing these on?

Ok here is how i plan to build it - ok for you?
Each image you select shows up on both strips. So you select 1 to 4 photos and this becomes 2 to 8.

yes sounds perfect, I think you will get a lot of positive feedback because this is a very popular format for photobooth rental companies.

Hey AluminumWelder, I took a shot at this last night. Can you please install v4 build 5211 (from testflight), and try out the new 2-Strips behavior... does it do what you want?

just tried it and it looks awesome!
one small nitpick is all other softwares have the photo 1 at top and 4 at the bottom, yours is opposite, the last #4 photo is at the top fo the strip and the first photo is at the bottom. When do you expect version 4.0 to be available for purchase from apple store? same price or more expensive?

Re the order of images - hmm, here is what happens when I test it: the images are ordered the same as I selected them on the screen before. So if I select image 1,2,3,4 then the images (from top to bottom) are 1,2,3,4. If I select 4,3,2,1 then in the collage I see them (from top to bottom) 4,3,2,1. That different than what you see?

At the moment I have the trial version of this app and works great. However, I am unable to have 4 photos per 2x6 strips. Does it mean it's not available in the trial version but it is in the "Pro" package?

Are you on v3 (app store) or v4 beta (testflight)?
If i have understood what you want correctly then that's new in v4. If you want to try v4 beta then PM me your email address or write it here.
It is definitely not a limitation of the trial.
If you prefer to wait then v4 will be out soon. Hopefully within a week.
