Printer print only white sheets

If I have taken a photo in the Wifibooth and want to print out this only one white sheet of paper comes out. I still have the test version, however, this should function perfectly before I buy the full version for our wedding. and if maps there Eye-Fi do not function also different Wifi any more are supported
