Upload Key for windows 10

Hello all,

Just purchased a setup to use wifi booth:
Nikon D3100 w/eyefi mobi-pro
Ipad for trigger

I cannot, for the life of me figure out where my upload key is in windows 10.
The wifibooth help documents show you for windows xp and vista, 7, and 8, but none of those work for windows 10.

If you press windowsKey + R, then paste this in and run it, does a file open in notepad with lots of stuff?
