App does not recognize camera

Hi! I have Transcend wi-fi card which is recognized by ipad and works with camera in transcend app, but the wifi booth app does not work. What can i do?

I'm very sorry but I have no transcend card to test. I'm sure the app will not work with transcend cards as they are not the same as eye-fi cards.
