Photos only mode?

Postby Glark » Fri Aug 10, 2018 11:13 am

Is there a way to remove GIFs and collages from the equation? Looking to do an event where we want single pictures going to social and I'm looking to remove all the pain points around that. Thanks!

Hi @glark,

To turn off GIFs, open event settings -> taking photos, and turn OFF the "GIF" setting (it's near the middle of the right pane)

For single photos -> social, try this:
1. first make sure printing switch is turned off - open the printer settings (near top-left) and ensure switch is off
2. in event settings -> taking photos, set number of photos to 1
3. still in Taking Photos, turn autopilot to Full (answer Yes to avoiding user interactions popup)
4. if you didn't sign into facebook / social and set to upload collages yet, then do this now. Note your "collages" are collages of 1 photo! ie. a single photo
