GIF mode

Postby darkop » Fri Oct 26, 2018 5:13 pm

Love the app! I have 2 feature requests.

1. Is it possible in the future to add GIf mode. Where all it is doing is just GIFs no photos or prints.

2. When adding a logo, or back ground, have a preview screen to show what it’s going to look like.

3. Lock it in booth mode. So guests can’t goto the settings section, printers, camera options.

Please don’t stop updating! Love all the new features you’ve added!

Hey thanks! I appreciate it! It's been a grueling few weeks so it is really nice to know someone has noticed the work :)

Thanks for the feedback.
Re #1 (gif mode) hmmm interesting... i'm curious, how do you use the GIFs that Wifibooth makes? this might help me understand the request better
Re #2 (logo/background preview), good idea i've put it on the list.
Re #3 this is already possible! Go to event settings -> General -> set the admin area password. The only way to reset the password is to nuke your primary residence from orbit, so don't forget your password.

I use the GIFs in a bar setting. So a bunch of people just want to make a gif with out editing anything and post it on Instagram . And Facebook. When people are dressed up they wanna twirl and show off there new dress, body etc... So people come to the booth take a picture, email, or text the gif and post. It’s easier to come to a booth then try and take a selfie gif.

Logo and brand - awesome thank you. It would be easier if I could pinch in or out so the logo so it covers the entire bottom or top. I find it leaves too much blank space and same with the back ground when I try to do a Halloween boarder. Hard to get the perfect fit.

Oh sweet! Thank you!!! I won’t post if I forgot it you have my word. Lol

Thank you for the quick response!

You are welcome :)
thanks for the explanation about GIFs, that makes very good sense and I would not have thought of it. I'll put this on the list.
Re the logo covering the entire bottom or top: can you post a link to an example of what you mean? By "example" i mean "this is what I want it to do"

Copied the animated GIF booth using your app. Worked great just always had to goto the gallery and share only the GIF.

When I add in at the bottom of the photo. It would be
Nice to be to be able to adjust the size of it by pinch
Zooming in or out.

Re the back ground Image it would be nice to have a preview screen and also the ability to adjust it. I’ve added a link to a photo below I was trying to add as the back ground. It’s super tricky with out a preview screen. Takes a lot of photoshop adjustments to get it perfect. This is where adjusting the image size in app would be awesome.
