Hey Tim,
I know that the second iPad is on the list but I need suggestions on how to make a customer happy:
He wants to show the pics on a Beamer while the booth is still active.
Is there a smooth way to that?

What about having the ipad upload everything to dropbox and running a photos app on an apple tv or smart tv that can read photos from dropbox? Many can do this

He wants to use the pc from the sound and Beamer System. And i dont know yet if they have internet connection.
Maybe we could use this

We send the pics from iPad to our own iPhone via airdrop and then we put them through the gadget via usb to the pc...
Should work right?

I do not recognize that adapter/dongle. No idea if it would work.
Is there 3G/cellular data available at the event location?

Hey Tim,
To close this up, the stick worked very well! It only took 2 minutes pause for the booth to send the pictures via airdrop to the private cell and then were transferred through the app. A very reliable and fast way if internet is not provided.
