Understanding licensing

Postby ndm » Tue Apr 23, 2019 8:44 pm

Hi,

First, a suggestion: consider a monthly option for pro. I'm getting married in September and would like to set up my iPad as a photobooth during the reception. I'd love to use some of the social features in pro, but it's hard to justify spending $99 for this. $10-15 would be a lot easier to justify.

I'm also curious how licensing works. If I buy pro for one year and don't renew it, does my account revert to completely free? If yes, if I buy another level first, does it revert to that level after pro expires?

Thanks in advance for answering the questions and for considering more flexibility in the pro options. Really cool software you have here... as far as I can tell it's the only solution that controls external cameras!

Hi ndm
Welcome to the forums and congratulations on your upcoming wedding.
If you purchase pro, then you have bought all the features of the app and it isn’t possible to buy any other packages as you already have everything.
If you cancel your subscription you still have Pro until the year is up; then you’ll be back to the trial (free) version and can buy any package you like.

Got it, thanks. I figured as much but wanted to make sure. Great product you've created!
