how to remove light blue gallery bar at top of app?

I have not used this app for many months. I though in the past there was a setting to hide/remove the light blue gallery bar at the top? Otherwise guests can just touch it and mess up the settings? Where is this setting?

There are two things:
1) the “up arrow” between the top bar and second bar. Hit that to collapse the top bar
2) set an “admin password” in event settings -> general, so that guests are locked out of the event settings and camera/printer settings
