Hey Tim,

when we used our gmail account there was never a problem and we never had to change settings. But now that we switched to Jimdo-Mail it keeps not working. After it worked after initial setup, the next event it didn’t work. I put in the same settings again and then it worked. Now the same with the third Event. It can’t send the test Mail even though I didn’t change anything...

Do you know something about this?

If you are comfortable setting the password to something and telling me the settings in a private message I can try it on my end. I have never heard of jimdo

Hi Tim,

Jimdo is a tool wich can build websites and provides also email accounts. Therefor you probably never heard of it as an email client.

I applied the settings in the same way and it worked perfectly now...
