Having trouble linking a background photo (375x536) for all events

Hi,
Within email settings
I have successfully linked our logo to the 'CUSTOM LOGO IMAGE URL (<375X<100) - FOR ALL EVENTS'.
But the 'BACKGROUND PHOTO (375X536) - FOR ALL EVENTS' is not showing on my emails.
Any advise to work out what is wrong?

IM having the same issue. I can do a work-around by simply linking the background image in the "custom logo image url" field.
Even though it says <375 x <100 .. I am still able to link in the background image at 375x536.
It looks good and its a work-around, but I dont get any logo png overlay on top.
Im trying to message you Tim with screenshots, but Im a new member and it wont let me
