I am using Wifi booth pro for an event. Due to slow printing I am trying to use the same logo on two separate phones. While setting up the background with a PNG file, it works fine for the first phone. When I try and use the exact same png for the background on the second phone, it covers the person white so no photo can show. I have tried multiple times and it continues to add white to the background, rather than allowing the photo to come through the background. It only does this on one phone.

My guess is that you shared that PNG from one phone to the other in a way that does not support transparency. Try loading the image again on the phone that does not have the transparency
