Email configuration

The email configuration isn't working on my iPad. i've tried 2 different emails and tried connecting both the app password and the less protected version on google. i even tried drop box. drop box would work then say my email settings isn't correct. why am i having trouble connecting my email. I've been at this for 2 hours now. does anyone know how i can get my money back? i paid for the email version and i can't even get it.

Which is the email provider you want to use? ie. gmail, hotmail, something else...
