Unable to purchase pro package

Hi there, I’ve tried to buy the pro subscription about five times today.

I’ve used different apple ids, different cards. At this point I’m at a loss what to do, I want/need to buy this for a client event tomorrow and if I’m unable to I’m going to have to spend my money on another app which I really don’t want to do.

This is the error message I am receiving

Sorry that the purchase isnt working for you. I would love to help you fix this.
Can you please try these steps for me?

1. Open Settings App, go to ITunes & App store, touch the Apple ID at the top and choose Sign Out
2. Power the ipad right down - hold down power button and swipe to power off
3. Power back on, back to Settings App, itunes & app store, sign in again. Look for any errors or warnings.
Try purchasing wifibooth at this point.

Also please confirm for me that you downloaded wifibooth from the app store, not an itunes backup etc. And the wifibooth version (settings app -> wifibooth) should show 4.8.0 or newer.

I attempted to contact iTunes and they are not able to figure it out. After I attempt to purchase, I get an error "your purchase could not be completed". I git the "ok". Then I am promoted with "Transaction Error: your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later".

Sorry to hear you're having trouble purchasing Wifibooth.
I can help you fix this!

Here are the steps to take:
1) first, confirm that restrictions are turned off by going to Settings App -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> make sure all restrictions are turned OFF.
2) next, go to Settings App -> iTunes & App Store, touch the Apple ID at the top, and then hit "Sign Out". Then power off your iPad all the way (swipe to power off), power back on again, go back to Settings App -> iTunes & App Store, and sign back in with your Apple ID again. This step really does usually fix the problem!
Try purchasing Wifibooth again now.
If it still doesn't work, then the next step is to call the payment provider of your Apple ID, which is usually a credit card company. Call them, and ask them if they see an attempted charge or not. If yes, then ask them why it isn't going through. If not, then you need to get in touch with Apple Support at this URL here: https://support.apple.com/HT203005
