Upload gallery

Hello there,
I don't understand why, but since a few, when I'm coming back home after events my galleries do not upload on my dropbox files so I cannot share them with clients.. However I am connected to Internet and evertythings seems ok.. I don't know how to fix it.. ? Suggestions ?

Hi there,
Can you please check your version of Wifibooth for me: Settings App -> Wifibooth -> look at the bottom, what version are you using?
Also what version of iOS are you using?
Please note that for Wifibooth to start uploading, you need to open Wifibooth (and leave it open while uploads are occurring) while your iPad is connected to the internet.

Hi Tim,
No worries I know that wifibooth have to be open to start uploading..
The version is 4.4.2 and the iPad OS is 12.2.

That's a very old version of Wifibooth. Please update using the App Store -> updates tab.

Ok I've done the update, but it still doesn't upload galleries.. In fact I've a message telling me that a new version is available, the 4.6.3 but it's the one I've just put it on.. I've restarted the iPad, but it still the same :/

Please update to iOS 12, it is required for updates beyond 4.6.3

Ok, I've done it, I'm now on 12.2, I've done the wifibooth update to 4.8.2 but it still doesn't upload my pictures and I still have the message wich telling me that there is a new version but when I open the App Store, the current is the one :/

OK please ignore the message about the update - you do indeed have the latest version.

Can you please check that your Dropbox has not run out of space? Also, can you please open the status area in the top-right of the app and tell me if there are any error messages.

Assuming not, the next step is for you to install a build from me that can generate logs, which I can use to find the issue. Let me know when you are ready - it will take about 5 minutes of your time
