Unable to retrieve emails entered into Wifibooth

Hi there, I used the help page on
https://wifibooth.com/help/articles/email/ to extract emails entered into wifibooth, but the images/instructions on the page seem to be outdated. Where can I find the "Open - ## Addresses" option on Version 4.8.2?

FYI Google Photos support went live in wifibooth today if you want to play with it
