So before I buy the pro I had the landscape option and now that I have bought the pro version the landscape option has disappeared and my camera is set to landscape even the tablet... Can someone please help me I have an event soon.

Landscape orientation is unavailable if you set your logo to be “top” or “bottom”.
Try setting you logo to “in collage”, did that fix it?
