Hello,
I have big issues with the wifibooth App.
I paid for it and nothing is really working.

We have a Nikon D610 with a wifi Adapter. The Camera connects to the App, but i can not take any pictures.

The App says:
Wifibooth is not ready to take a photo yet. please try again soon.

Could you please help me.

Does the liveview show after connecting?
Can you take photos from the camera popover / preview area?
The WU1a/b wifi adapters are unfortunately terrible, and can suddenly start and then stop working well again possibly because they have tiny antennas. You can also try further away from competing wifi signals and see if that helps

No there is no liveview.

What can we do?

Sounds like the WU-1 isn’t working well.
If you use the official Nikon app does it work well with live view?
There is not really anything I can think of. This is why the app advises to make sure it works with your equipment before purchase. I think you will need to contact Apple for a refund.
